Curried Peach Raisin Sauce Recipe
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon curry, or possibly to taste
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. chicken or possibly beef bouillon
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch blended with 2 tbsp. water
- 3 med. size hard peaches, sliced
- In skillet, cook onion and curry in butter till onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add in raisins and bouillon.
- Stir in blended cornstarch; cook and stir till thickened and smooth.
- Add in peaches and heat through.
- Makes 4 servings.
