Grilled Jalapeno-Onion Hot Dogs
- 8 OSCAR MAYER Wieners
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 8 hot dog buns, warmed
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
- 8 KRAFT Singles, halved Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced, halved King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Grill wieners 7 to 9 min.
- or until heated through, turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions and peppers; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add next 3 ingredients; cook 3 min.
- or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat.
- Spread cut sides of buns with mayo, then mustard.
- Fill with Singles, tomatoes, wieners and onion mixture.
