Tomato Bruschetta Dijon

  1. Mix mustard, oil and vinegar with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Toss tomatoes, onions and olives in large bowl.
  3. Add mustard mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  7. of the tomato mixture onto each toast slice.
  8. Serve immediately.
