Easy Tofu and Ground Meat Fried Meatballs
- 200 grams Ground chicken meat
- 200 grams Firm tofu (undrained)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese (optional)
- 1 Frying oil
- Add all the ingredients except the frying oil together into a bowl and use your hands to mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan to 170C and drop each meatball into the oil with a spoon.
- Fry until they are a light brown color (about 5 minutes).
- Alternative version: If you add re-hydrated and drained hijiki you can make a ganmo-style version.
- This is also soft and delicious.
