Choco Drop Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. soft shortening
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 3/4 c. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 ounce. (2 sqs.) unsweetened chocolate, melted

1. Mix together thoroughly, shortening, sugar and Large eggs.
2. Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour, soda, baking pwdr, salt, and melted unsweetened chocolate.
4. Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
5. Drop by tsp.
6. on ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 400 degrees about 8 to 10 min till lightly browned, just till when touched lightly with finger, almost no imprint remains.
