Smack Lasagna
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 lb ground round
- 2 box oven ready lasagna noodles
- 1 can 16 oz italian seasoned tomatoes
- 1 can (large can)diced tomatoes
- 4 cans/1 big jars of favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 salt pepper garlic powder to your taste
- 1 couple spoons or sugar/equal to taste
- 1 large bag mozzarella cheese
- 1 large bag sharp/mild cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Cook hamburger,onion,green pepper.
- After browning add seasoning tomatoes extra virgin olive oil and sauce.
- Grab the biggest/largest pan you have and layer the bottom of pan with hamburger sauce just enough to cover then layer noodles then sauce and then cheese.
- Repeat layers finishing with hamburger.
- Take a half glass of water and pour in four corners of the pan for moisture.
- cover with foil.
- Place in preheated oven of 375 cook covered for about 45.
- Use a fork to tell if noodles are cook for your pleasure.
- Uncover and Top with cheese and brown.
- If you like you can add pepperoni.
