Granola With Cashews and Dried Fruit

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Whisk together maple syrup and next 4 ingredients.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir to evenly coat.
  5. Transfer to large rimmed baking sheet.
  6. Bake 15 minutes, stir.
  7. Bake until golden brown, about 15 additional minutes.
  8. Mix in raisins/craisins and dried fruit.
  9. Return to oven and bake until fruit is heated through and granola is slightly darker, about 10 additional minutes.
  10. Cool completely on sheet.
  11. Transfer to airtight container.
  12. Store at room temperature for up to a month.
