Chicken With Mozzarella, Mushrooms & Bacon Recipe

  1. Coat cutlets with flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Fry 6 to 8 min in butter.
  3. Put in baking dish.
  4. Saute/fry mushrooms, put over chicken.
  5. Add in wines in same pan and scrape over high heat.
  6. Lower heat and simmer 5 min to reduce liquids.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Top with bacon (optional) and Mozzarella.
  9. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 min.
