Shrimp Salad

  1. In a glass bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice, cover and chill for 2 hours.
  2. Remove from refridgerator and drain off most of the lime juice.
  3. Add green pepper, onions, parsley, oil and pepper sauce.
  4. Arrange shredded lettuce on a large platter.
  5. Fill arichoke bottoms with the shrimp mixture.
  6. Place shrimp filled artichoke bottoms on the bed of lettuce, and serve chilled.
  7. Cooking time is chilling time.
