Siamese Seviche - Ceviche for Pussy Cats

  1. Mix all the ingredients except fish.
  2. Cut fish into 2" strips by 1/4" wide.
  3. Cover fish strips with the juice mixture.
  4. refrigerate for at least 3 hours and as much as 24 hours.
  5. The lime juice cooks the fish and it is safe to eat.
  6. Keeps for several days in the fridge.
