Chicken Boursin

  1. Preheat the oven 400 degrees (200 C.).
  2. Season the breasts with pepper.
  3. Mix the chives into the cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on each breast and roll up.
  5. Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast and place seam side down in a roasting pan.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Place under the broiler for approximately 5 minutes until the bacon is browned.
