Beet-Cacao Smoothie
- 1 medium beetroot, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 2 cups almond milk
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- Cacao nibs, to serve (optional)
- Freeze-dried raspberries, to serve (optional)
- Place beetroot, banana, almond milk and cacao into an upright blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs and freeze-dried raspberries, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
