Asparagus and Curly Endive Salad
- 2 qt. curly endive, chopped
- 2 qt. grilled onion rings
- 2 qt. grilled asparagus spears, chopped
- 2 qt. canned hearts of palm, drained, chopped
- 2-2/3 cups sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
- 2-2/3 cups KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
- Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss until remaining ingredients are evenly coated.
- For each serving: Place #8 scoop (5 oz.)
- of the vegetable mixture on salad plate.
