Hawaiian Pesto

  1. In a small bowl combine the ginger, scallions, coriander, and garlic.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the peanut and sesae oils until they are hot; pour the oils over the ginger mixture.
  3. Add the salt and pepper, lemon juice, and Parmesan and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
