Hawaiian Pesto
- 12 cup chopped fresh ginger
- 12 cup chopped scallion
- 12 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 12 cup peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- salt
- fresh ground white pepper
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
- In a small bowl combine the ginger, scallions, coriander, and garlic.
- In a saucepan, heat the peanut and sesae oils until they are hot; pour the oils over the ginger mixture.
- Add the salt and pepper, lemon juice, and Parmesan and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
