Brats And Beans Recipe
- 1 large can Baked Beans
- 1 lb bratwurst, in 2 inch slices
- 1 3 inch cube of salt pork, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tsp. Coleman's English Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. hickory barbecue sauce
- In a stove-top to oven baking dish, saute/fry the finely cubed pork with the diced onion and sliced bratwurst till the onion is beginning to brown.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bake in a preheated 400
