Cara's Gluten free Baked Penne

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Cook Penne according to package directions
  3. Brown sausage, onion and garlic
  4. Add mushrooms, saute 3 minutes
  5. Add pepper, Italian seasoning and tomatoes
  6. Simmer 8 minutes stirring occasionally
  7. Combine sausage, pasta, spinach, mozzarella and 1/2 of parm/romano
  8. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish
  9. Sprinkle remaining parm/romano on top
  10. Bake 15 minutes

ground hot italian sausage, onion, clove garlic, mushrooms, ground black pepper, italian seasoning, tomators, fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese, fresh grated parmromano blend
