My Teriyaki Chicken

  1. Put small cuts into the chicken.
  2. About 6 cuts here.
  3. You don't have to cuts in the skin.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper and sake.
  5. Then leave it for about 20 minutes.
  6. Mix ingredients.
  7. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the chicken from the skin side.
  8. Turn it over and brown 5 more minutes over low heat.
  9. Remore any excess oil as much as possible.
  10. Add the ingredients, cover the pan, and heat it over low heat for 5 more minutes.
  11. Take the lid off, and boil it down over medium heat.
  12. Reverse the chicken several times and mix well with the sauce.
  13. Finish cooking when the sauce is thickened.
  14. Cut the chicken, serve and put the sauce on it.
