Sweet 'n Salty Butterscotch Squares

  1. Line cookie sheet with tin foil.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Spread crackers on sheet- do not let them overlap.
  4. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
  5. Boil 1 minute.
  6. Pour mixture over crackers.
  7. Bake in 400 degree oven for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Pour chocolate and butterscotch chips over top of tray.
  9. Spread with a spatula to blend the two until both are melted.
  10. Store in fridge until firm, then break into pieces with hands.
