Sweet 'n Salty Butterscotch Squares
- unsalted cracker (enough to cover a cookie sheet)
- 34 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- Line cookie sheet with tin foil.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread crackers on sheet- do not let them overlap.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Pour mixture over crackers.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
- Pour chocolate and butterscotch chips over top of tray.
- Spread with a spatula to blend the two until both are melted.
- Store in fridge until firm, then break into pieces with hands.
