Chinese Shanehai Chicken Salad Recipe

  1. Combine tahini sauce, soy sauce and vinegar in small bowl.
  2. Blend in cayenne pepper, green onion and cilantro.
  3. Whisk till blended.
  4. Fold in water.
  5. Gently combine chicken with dressing.
  6. Mound lettuce on platter or possibly individual plates.
  7. Arrange chicken salad on lettuce and sprinkle with minced peanuts.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
