Garlicky Collard Greens

  1. Bring large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add collard greens, and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Heat olive oil in same pot over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic, and saute 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Add greens, and saute 5 minutes, or until tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
