Sweet & salty pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds(soaked,rinced,dried)
- 6 tbsp white sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- preheat oven to 250
- spread seeds in a single layer on baking sheet.
- toast 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
- in a large bowl stir together 2tbs sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice.
- set aside.
- heat oil in frying pan over medium/high heat.
- add cooked seeds and remaining sugar to pan.
- stir until covered and melted.
- pour coated seeds into bowl of sugar and spices.
- toss seeds to coat.
