Sweet & salty pumpkin seeds

  1. preheat oven to 250
  2. spread seeds in a single layer on baking sheet.
  3. toast 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. in a large bowl stir together 2tbs sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice.
  5. set aside.
  6. heat oil in frying pan over medium/high heat.
  7. add cooked seeds and remaining sugar to pan.
  8. stir until covered and melted.
  9. pour coated seeds into bowl of sugar and spices.
  10. toss seeds to coat.
