Easter Pie Recipe

• 1 c. cooked rice (made day before)
• 6 hard boiled Large eggs
• 1 (1 lb.) ham
• 1/2 pound salami
• 1 pound warm pork sausage, grnd

1. Brown pork sausage.
2. Dice Large eggs, ham, salami and rice.
3. Beat 6 Large eggs.
4. Add in 1 c. Italian cheese (Parmesan).
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
6. Mix all of the above together.
