Honey and Raisin Granola

  1. Place oats on ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Bake at 350; 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Combine honey, margarine and vanilla.
  4. Pour over oats, remaining ingredients and combine; mix well.
  5. Return mixture to jelly roll pan.
  6. Bake at 350; 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Cool; break in small pieces.
  8. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
  9. Serve as snack; as cereal, as yogurt topping, hot cereal, or topping for ice cream.
