Chicken Potatoes Recipe

  1. Place water in bottom of oven proof baking dish.
  2. Dissolve the 2 chicken bouillon cubes in the water.
  3. Place potatoes in dish and in between them sprinkle the garlic and the oregano.
  4. After placing all the potatoes in the dish, slice the stick of butter into pcs and place on top of the potatoes along with the 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hrs.
  6. Broil to brown the last 5 min of cooking time.
