Chicken Potatoes Recipe
- 5 lbs. potatoes, cut like French fries
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- Sufficient water to cover the bottom of a sq. baking dish
- Oregano (sufficient to flavor)
- Garlic (sufficient to flavor)
- Place water in bottom of oven proof baking dish.
- Dissolve the 2 chicken bouillon cubes in the water.
- Place potatoes in dish and in between them sprinkle the garlic and the oregano.
- After placing all the potatoes in the dish, slice the stick of butter into pcs and place on top of the potatoes along with the 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hrs.
- Broil to brown the last 5 min of cooking time.
