Kale Chips
- 1 bunch organic kale
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt or more to taste
- Preheat an oven to 350F.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- (Can use foil/ rack or omit to preference.)
- Remove the stems from the leaves and break into bite size pieces.
- Wash and thoroughly dry.
- Coat the leaves lightly with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt if desired, or lightly once on baking pan.
- Bake until the edges brown, but are not burnt.
- This can take 8 to 10 minutes depending on your oven, so if first time making kale chips, be sure to watch and rotate trays half way.
- Season to taste.
