Power Oatmeal Flax Breakfast
- 1 cup water
- 14 cup steel cut oats
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 12 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 g Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil
- In a small saucepan, heat water until boiling.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer until liquid is abosrbed, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
