Power Oatmeal Flax Breakfast

  1. In a small saucepan, heat water until boiling.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer until liquid is abosrbed, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
