Greek Shrimp Bake

  1. Prepare uncooked rice.
  2. In large pan cook celery and onion in oleo until tender.
  3. Add tomatoes, stir in rice, 1/2 of shrimp, cheese and 1/2 of olives and dillweed.
  4. Turn into 2 quart casserole.
  5. Top with rest of shrimp.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. Garnish with rest of olives.
  8. Serves 6.
