Guacamole Pork Burros Recipe

• Green chili sauce (below)
• Lowfat sour cream
• Cheese
• Extra guacamole

1. Dice pork into chunks.
2. Dash of each: Cumin, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Make guacamole.
4. Mix with meat.
5. After cooling, wrap burros and add in topping.
