White Chocolate Orange Poppy Seed Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Stir together poppyseeds and boiling water.
  3. Add cake mix, pudding mix, orange extract, and oil.
  4. Stir together and let mixture cool a minute before adding eggs.
  5. Beat on high speed with an electric mixer for 4 minutes.
  6. Mixture will seem quite thick, but be sure to thoroughly mix it.
  7. Pour into the greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the thickest part comes out clean.
