Lemon-Avocado Crostini
- 1 whole Fresh Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 2 whole Haas Avocados, Pitted, Flesh Removed
- 1- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 20 ounces, weight Loaf Italian Bread
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Zest lemon and set aside.
- Place avocado into a mixing bowl.
- Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper and thoroughly mix to combine.
- Cut ends off bread (about 2 inches) and slice fairly thin.
- Coat each slice with avocado mixture and place on nonstick baking sheets.
- Bake several minutes until lightly toasted.
- Remove from oven, add lemon zest, plate and enjoy!
