Beef Taco Skillet
- 1 pound ground beef
- 10 1/2 ounces soup, tomato Condensed, low salt
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 each flour tortillas (6-inch) cut into 1-inch pieces, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, reduced-fat shredded
- Cook beef in 10-inch skillet until well browned, stirring to break up meat.
- Pour off fat.
- Stir in soup, salsa, water, tortillas.
- Heat to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes Stir.
- Top with cheese.
