Chinese Egg and Wakame Seaweed Soup

  1. Put all the ingredients marked with in a saucepan.
  2. Once the mixture is boiling, pour in beaten eggs in a thin stream (not all at once).
  3. Add wakame seaweed.
  4. It's finished!
  5. Add minced thin spring onions, if you like.
  6. Sesame seeds are also delicious with the soup.
