Granola-Topped Caramel Fruit Dip

  1. In a small bowl, combine oats, sunflower kernels, and almonds.
  2. Lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon; toss gently to coat.
  3. In a medium skillet, cook oat mixture over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until toasted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  5. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and caramel topping.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  7. Sprinkle with oat mixture.
  8. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
