Peppermint Fluff Recipe

• 4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 3/4 c. butter
• 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts
• 3 ounce. peppermint candy, crushed
• 7 ounce. marshmallows, cut in quarters
• 3 c. whipping cream, whipped

1. Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter well; press 1/2 of mix in bottom of 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch pan.
2. Fold walnuts, candy, and marshmallows into whipped cream.
3. Spread over crumbs in pan.
4. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
5. Refrigeratefor 12 hrs.
6. Serves about 18.
