Polish Dumplings Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 can pineapple rings
- Maraschino cherries
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Heat butter in large iron skillet.
- Cover bottom with brown sugar; add in pineapple to cover bottom.
- Add in cherries in each center.
- Sift together flour and baking pwdr.
- Beat Large eggs, add in sugar and blend.
- Add in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk; add in vanilla.
- Pour into skillet.
- Bake 45-60 min at 350 degrees.
- Immediately invert on large plate.
