Mai Tai

  1. Fill glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour light rum, Curacao, orgeat syrup, and lime juce over it and mix well.
  3. Add dark rum and mix slightly.
  4. Garnish with pineapple, mint sprig and cherry on a toothpick or skewer, if desired.
