Peppers Recipe
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. pickling salt
- 1 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 1/3 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 1/3 teaspoon mustard seed
- Bring to a boil.
- Pour over sliced peppers and onions packed in jars.
- Let cold and keep in refrigerator.
- A clove of garlic may also be added to each jar if you like.
