Blueberry Pie Two Crusts Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Dash salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury All-Ready pie crust
- Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
- Line pie pan with 1 crust.
- Put blueberry mix onto crust; dot with butter.
- Adjust top crust, cut slits to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 to 50 min or possibly till well browned.
