Chana Chaat
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 1 cup finely chopped cooled cooked peeled Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled English cucumbers
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. roasted ground cumin
- Combine ingredients.
- Let stand at room temperature 15 min.
