Chunky Oatmeal Cookies -Freezer

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a large; gradually add to creamed mixture.
  4. Stir in raisins and candy.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Cover and freeze until firm.
  7. Transfer frozen balls into a freezer bag.
  8. To cook frozen cookies:.
  9. Place balls 2 inched apart on greased bakind sheets.
  10. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes or until golden.
  11. Remove to wire racks to cool.
  12. Cookie dough can be frozen for up to 3 months.
