Baker's Truffles Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly; cold.
  2. Cream butter with egg yolk.
  3. Gradually add in sugar, blending well.
  4. Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
  5. Refrigeratetill hard sufficient to handle.
  6. Shape into balls about 1" in diameter.
  7. Roll in nuts; chill.
  8. Store in refrigerator.
  9. Makes about 30 candies.
  10. I haven't tried this recipe.
  11. It's from BAKER'S All-Natural Semi-Sweet Chocolate.
