Shrimp And Crab Casserole
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 1 lb. precooked salad shrimp
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 good shakes Accent
- 1/4 c. each: finely chopped onion, pepper and carrot
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 8 slices bread
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 egg yolks
- Remove crust from bread and cube.
- Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, lemon, mustard, Accent, eggs, onion, pepper, carrots and butter.
- Butter casserole (approximately 9 x 12-inch).
- Mix crumbs and seafood.
- Add enough sauce to make mixture pasty.
- Pat a little sauce on bottom of pan. Put crabmeat mixture in pan.
- Cover with remaining sauce and bake at 350u0b0 for 1/2 hour.
