Creamy Pot Roast in a Crock Pot

• 1 boneless roast (any kind)
• salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice
• 2 cans cream of celery soup
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
• 4 or more medium potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 bag baby carrots
• 1 large onion, cut in large pieces

1. Season roast to taste.
2. Place in bottom of crock pot.
3. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions.
4. In a medium size bowl, mix both cans of cream of celery soup, sour cream, and milk; mix well.
5. Pour over onions.
6. Put lid on crock pot.
7. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
