Misty Fjord Smoked Salmon Spread
- 8 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Minced Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice Or Lemon Zest
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Tarragon (I Used Twice As Much)
- Blend together all ingredients with a food processor or electric mixer.
- Spoon mixture into a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
- Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
