Ayam Masak Lada Hitam (Chicken Black pepper Sauce)

  1. Marinade chicken with marinade ingredients for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oil and fry chicken till crispy.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Preheat margarine in wok till melted.
  5. Add onion, garlic, chili, and leek.
  6. Cook with low heat till half golden brown, pour on sesame oil, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and chicken powder stir it well.
  7. Add cornstarch liquid into sauce, stir until thickened and add fried chicken.
  8. Remove from heat and serve with rice and vegetable.
