Tuna patties II
- 10 oz tuna fish in spring water
- 1/2 cup colby and Monterey Jack cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp chives oil, see my recipe attached
- 1 tsp horseradish mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp yellow prepared mustard
- 1 tsp pickled jalapeno peppers cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- In a bowl mix the drained tuna with chive oil, horseradish mustard, and egg.
- Shred the cheese and add, then form the mixture into patties
- Heat oil and butter.
- Add patties to it fry for 5 minutes till crust forms.
- Turn do the same on back side.
- If no crust wait till it forms.
- To a bowl add mayonnaise, yellow prepared mustard, dill weed, amd jalapeno peppers.
- When done serve hope you enjoy!
