Romanian Noodle and Pork Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown pork in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Drain.
  4. In a large bowl combine pork, bread, onion, caraway, parsley, salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange alternate layers of pork mixture and noodles in a large, lightly buttered baking pan, ending with noodles.
  6. Beat together the eggs, half and half and Cheddar.
  7. Pour over pork mixture.
  8. Bake 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
