Popeye'sTM secret fried chicken recipe

• 3 cup self rising flour
• 1 cup corn starch
• 3 tbsp seasoned salt
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 packages Italian salad dressing mix, dry
• 1 1/2 envelope onion soup mix,dry
• 1/2 packages spaghetti sauce mix, dry
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 3 cup slightly crushed corn flakes.
• 2 eggs, well beaten

1. combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl
2. slightly crushed corn flakes in 2nd bowl
3. eggs& cold water in 3rd bowl
4. dip 1 piece of chicken at time in following order
5. dry mixture
6. egg & water
7. corn flakes
8. back into dry mix second time,only briskly & briefly.
9. put chicken into hot oil, cook for 3 minutes each side,or until golden brown, let excess oil drain and serve B-)
