Arroz con gandules/or garbanzos

  1. Put medium-large sized pot on stove on medium heat and put oil to a bit of a sizzle
  2. Add rice (a tiny bit more oil on top), sofrito, Adobo, garlic, Sazon, mojo, and olives.
  3. Mix well and cover for 6 mins.
  4. Stir on and off so rice doesnt stick to pot.
  5. Add gandules (put liquid from can in rice too) and water.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Boil cover for about 15-20 min or until soft.
  8. Enjoy.
