Vegetable Quiche

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of Egg Beaters with rice.
  2. Spread brown rice along the pie pan as crust.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine all ingredients and add to crust.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
